Like many active mothers, Betsy has been involved with numerous local private schools where she has served in many volunteer positions as well as being a board member. She and her husband have been actively involved at The Westminster Schools and at Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia and The University of Georgia. They are members of Church of the Apostles, the Piedmont Driving Club, the Peachtree Golf Club, as well as many civic and charitable organizations.
